She believes in a world where mental health is just as understood as physical health and everyone has ready access to therapy and counselling and is unafraid to speak up and seek help irrespective of a mental health condition.

Her poems and other forms of writings, communicate strength, hope and love to young people.

As the Director of Zeve-life, an international organization that advocates for mental health, she organized a 30-Day mental health challenge with over 350 participants from 12 Countries.

She volunteers with 4 organizations working to improve the life of children in local Communities.
